We celebrate the natural and cultural wealth of our region: Mesoamerica, cooking and serving dishes with traditional and fresh ingredients, produced by local farmers and artisans. Each dish reflects the dedication of those who work the land and our commitment to a sustainable future.
Our name is intended to be a neologism originating from two voices of the Nawat*: NAN which means mother and TAL, which means earth.
